Brand new to GTA 5. Anyone have any suggestions on some of the first things to do getting started in this city? Of course I have created my character. I’ve been playing around in the city basically learning game mechanics. So want to focus on what are some good things to do first with my character

Buy guns from my shop! Seriously though, I'd get some money so that you can eat. Maybe look in dumpsters for scrap to sell.

No one showed me when I was new so I understand how you feel. If you wanna hang out in our Discord today, we can join the City together and I'll show you how the ropes. There's so many options in our great City.

I think my name on discord is deathmetalric, but if it isn't, just tag me on here some where and I'll find a way to reach out to you.

Welcome to the City!

Enjoy your time in city, talk to people of all careers and groups and you'll make a great name for yourself, for better or for worse! The RP is there for you to become who you want, I prefer the Crime RP more then civ, but ive loved my fair share of Civ Rp, being a mechanic or tow, you'll have fun, restaurants are really a good time aswell, the worlds your oyster!

Hello stringman! Yeah so alot of people have already guided you fairly well! Creating your character (clothing store, barbershop, setting up your phone, getting a $1 panto from pdm, etc.) and getting to know businesses and the people in our community is vital! You should also use the "F9" menu, it's the guide to our server and in there you'll find a bunch of helpful information. If you've got any questions about anything most of us are here to help unless it's detailed information that needs to be found out within character. Another thing to note, is to not go out of character whilst in the server (i.e. saying things like "I'm going to get you banned" or "how long have you been in the server for" stuff like that can easily be avoided.

I hope you enjoy your time here within ClearRP. :)
