It was intended to be an exercise in awareness and grounding. The feel of the grass on your feet to draw your attention away from the anxiety, and the grounding bit being closer to the Earth. Worked pretty well, but it takes an open mind to make it work.Minimalist shoes? Crocs?
All seriousness; I’m sure it’s comfortable, but I fear things on the grass and street a bit too much to dare try.
I’ve never heard of this as an assistance to anxiety but I’m quite curious.
Ouch! I've stepped on a nail a couple times, and that hurts plenty. Couldn't imagine a glass cut.Yeah, I've heard of "Grounding them Dawgs".
Usually just for a short time every day.
Like maybe just when watering flowers or getting the mail....
I grew up in Alabama so i used to run around barefoot ALL the time! Only paid for it once....stepped on a broken coke bottle!! Opened me right up!
It feels really nice too.Barefoot on grass is the play. Studies show its good for you
