watching recordings

i recorded my friend playing today and i want to watch it and maybe put it up on youtube. how do i go about playing the demo? do i do it in-game or is there a media player i need to download?

Edit: also, anyone know of a converter so i can open it up in another program to cut out boring parts?

type "demoui" in console to review demos. It will bring up another menu where you choose which demo to load.

go to console...
type in playdemo hit the spacebar
a list of demos will appear
type in the demo name
hit enter and you are off
