To transfer stats you must have played with whatever soldier you want to transfer , I had to actually login to EA version of BFBC2 and for good measure logged onto a server for a few seconds , once I had logged in with all the soldier names I have , activated the dinput8.dll in my BC2 installation directory and my soldiers were back to original stats when I logged onto our server ( Alt-F4 AlterEgo ) or other servers with Project Rome mod .
