Dedicated supporters chat not functioning properly on the dust2 server in CSS

Detailed description of the bug
Several dedicated supporters reached out to ask about their text not showing up correctly like being the wrong color, being illegible, or just not working. I'm posting a screenshot of what I think is the worst one cause you have to highlight it or look at it against a surface the color of the text is legible on. Stanley's text is also completely random colors each time. Kunyun another supporter only sees {lightblue} next to his name. Please let me know if more information is needed. Stanley's clear text is in the screenshot below.
