I know that edge gamers is 99.9% of non athletes but i hope to weed out the .1%.

I feel that wrestling is the best physical sport there is. The mentality of a wrestler is tough and cant be broken. (Not Glazing). As a current wrestler who has wrestled in high school and is going committed to a D2 college for wrestling I can say that wrestlers have a different level of commitment that smokes out all other sports. They still keep a high head despite of tough times especially with cutting weight, dealing with school work, lifting weights, and still giving 100% at practice. Not to mention the injuries that can occur with daily contact. It is a very mentally endured sport and for wrestlers who have been doing the sport since they were young

I want to hear what other physical sports can compare or be better than wrestling.

Well I'm old. But speaking from my son's experience...

He played Soccer in the Summer, but Hockey was his real sport. He just did soccer for conditioning. But, he quit soccer and took up Cross Country his freshmen year in HS and woah!!

All the coaches said something to me once Hockey started...Chase is far and above in better condition than anyone on the team!!! Including us!!

His XC coaches they were big into interval training. So they trained the runners for 10k's and sprinting as well as the standard 5k they compete at. So....join your local 5K for charity, they are ALL over the place.

PS His Senior year he was 5'8" and 240 lbs... so he looked like a wrestle!!

Yeah he did have the wrestler bod. I do respect cross country and track. Those sports are another one of those mentally games that really toughens a person.
