As i am making a jailbreak map i have gotten to the point where i have some games and some secrets, but i need some suggestions from other players, i want to know what you guys would like to see in this new map, any kind of secrets? custom games? and other things. I will look at every single comment on this forum i would like to see what everyone would like to see in this new jailbreak map and what i can do to make it better, i want everyone to like this map and not just me, i want to be able to compete with jb_clouds, jb_peanut, jb_undertale, and other maps that are most liked by the public right now.

Best advice I can give you is: dont get attached to your maps.

Dont feel like you have to make an idea you have work. Thats the mistake I made. I got too attached to a map and had headaches trying to make it work a year down the line. Turned out alright in the end but if I could do it again I would have left it unfinished and started from scratch.

In the beggining the best thing you can do is just hyper production. You dont yet have the knowledge to make something simmillar to

jb_clouds, jb_peanut, jb_undertale, and other maps that are most liked by the public right now.

And thats okay. Get some hours in hammer, fiddle around with other peoples stuff see how they made something work and try to replicate it. Once you understand how something works completly you can start piecing together your own stuff.Get creative, at first just make stuff YOU want to make.


Oh and also, dont take criticism from people whos advice you wouldnt take. Most people have no idea what all goes into making a map. Take advice from people who know what they are talking about, playing jailbreak is not the same as making a jalibreak map.

Hi ryderlb i have a idea soo u ask as to suggest some secrets so i came out with a idea soo to go to the secret u have to press E Three times on something for example Flower but to get to the place to press 3 timed E u have to finish a mini KZ and when u press 3 times the button u will be teleport to a room that have a kz and bhop And u have 40 Seconds to finish The KZ or The Bhop and if u dont finish the Kz Or The Bhop U will die But if u Finish u will go to the secret room with AWP or something else u want to put ryderlb But on the secret room Make the KZ and the BHOP little diffucult so its not easy to get on the secret room

i have a couple ideas to go along with that secret and i will modify it, thanks for suggesting.
