Last year in March was the last time we made changes to our Community Management roster. At that time we shared that we would not be immediately filling assumed vacant positions within the team. As we continue to position and empower our Senior Managers to maintain our day-to-day operations, we will still recognize some individuals whose efforts prove to be valuable on a larger scale. Today we recognize two individuals who, through their daily actions, propel not just their area of responsibility forward but the community as a whole. We are excited to extend an offer to join the Community Management team to assist us in achieving our goals this year and into the future.

Prinzy
joins the team as Community Manager, MVP (Member Services).
Ric
joins as Community Manager, Media. Both will fall under the operations umbrella overseen by Adam.Under Prinzy's leadership we will see an evolution of Member Services to a new team focused on community engagement activities. This team and engagement project will be recognized officially as the MVP team or simply just MVP for short. This positions us as a community to allow for significant change to member applications to focus on the overall engagement of our members. More details on this project will be coming soon.
Ric's leadership within Media has already been recognized with the surge in Social Media activity across a number of our accounts. This will continue to be a heavy focus of the teams that fall under Ric's supervision as we continue to explore ways to showcase our members talents and engage our communities players and members outside of our forums and Discord. In addition to Social Media, the typical operations of our Breaking News will continue to have its place of prominence delivering the "what's new" to our homepage and social accounts.
