If you haven't heard, Nintendo is suing Palworld due to patent infringements. It is extremely similar to Pokémon and many say it's "Pokémon with Guns". What patents were infringed on? They say "Game mechanics" (assuming it is using balls to catch pals) being the main one.
Seeing that they only sued for "66k", is it really worth millions to fight in court?
