CS Jailbreak JB scamming

I made one post

As some may know, the introduction of gangs and the new credit system has started somewhat of a culture of "scamming." Gang leaders or higher-ups in gangs will offer to let players join, and in return, the player will give X credits to be part of this gang. But a few rotten apples have decided to take these players' hard-earned credits and kick them from the gang this has caused many to be left hopeless because there is no rule against this. If a rule was put in place along with credit logs this problem could be fixed overnight and all fraudulent activity could be resolved.

-Should this "scamming" be allowed to happen?

-If u have better ideas please share I think management would love to hear them as well.

lol @ anyone who falls for that "scam", if you've played for 2 hours you should see that coming from a mile away. The server is a middle school lunch room, and you're not in the clique.

Personally I don't think we need to implement any sort of credits log or scamming rule... If you don't trust your gang then you shouldn't be putting credits into it. At the end of the day credits don't really mean anything nor do they impact gameplay significantly. And well it is called gangs for a reason so if you aren't ready for the gang life, then the gang life isn't ready for you :censored:

There are more important issues to address in JB than this. if you gotta pay to be in a gang, I mean, cmon bro, bright red flag.

Join the _ In Paris gang tho, we dont charge a fee and accept anyone.

Ngl I think anyone doing this should have to walk over a bed of hot coals...

This is a good introduction to the real world to the naive who are unaware of malicious actors.

I don't think there should be a rule implemented for scamming, I know it sucks to be scammed but as Zach said, credits are almost pointless and don't significantly affect your ability to play so overall it's not a huge deal, just avoid invites to gangs that say they need credits because they're most likely looking for people to scam.

Sucks to be scammed but I don’t think such a rule would be a good idea. I personally “scammed” someone if you want to call it that because I added them to my gang, let them buy a bunch of stuff with their credits, and then kicked them because they were saying slurs in late night no admin JB and I didn’t want that kind of person in my gang. If there was a rule preventing people from being kicked from gangs just because they contributed x amount of credits then this kind of defeats the purpose of being a gang leader. Plus a gang only costs 2k credits to make so really anyone who plays a night or two can start their own gang if they want and not have to worry about being kicked or losing their (meaningless) credits.

I’m starting the JB Counter Offensive Task Force. We’re gonna go after scammers like the ones who scammed you.

We will charge every gang 10% a week to cover our supplies and pay for man hours.

You hear that scammers? You’re next.
