Jailbreak sometimes yeah, TTT was up but it wasn't ready to be fully out. Hopefully it will return one day if we find someone that wants to work on it from a tech / dev standpoint. There is a CSS TTT server coming out quite soon tho!

THE GOAT IS BACK! Yeah like Jayy said they are working on a Counter:Strike-Source TTT server when its up come on
