Ways to increase JBs educational value

Some kids learn by going to a prison called school, some kids learn by going to a prison called clouds, moonjail, or larp.

What are some things we can do to increase the educational value of JB for the kids who are growing up on our server so we can finally be taken seriously by the school board and the warden gets his promotion from the governor?
