CS Jailbreak Special Days: What we have VS What should we have?

Alright, so we all know the special days we currently have access to aren't the best or are broken, I'd like to have some suggestions on what ones to remove/add in to the game.
Currently, we have(That I can think of)

I’d like to know which days should be removed and which new ones should be introduced. Currently, some of these game days are behind a paywall and require players to be Dedicated Supporters (DS) to access them. Which leaves members with access to limited games, usually choosing the ones that are the most unenjoyable. Additionally, some of these games simply don’t work well with the server. Personally, I think we should get rid of Infection, Speedrunners, and Gun Game. These three days are the least enjoyable. While Speedrunners isn’t necessarily broken, it’s frustrating to play, and people often call it just because it’s annoying. Infection Day is broken, as the balance between CTS and TS is off, and right now, the day can only end when a manager slays everyone or an eGO spectates everyone. Gun Game is another unenjoyable day for the server, and it’s often broken. The rest of the days typically run smoothly, except for Hide and Seek on occasion. I believe that one should be switched so that T's are the ones hiding and CTS are the ones seeking. I believe we should add more interesting days that everyone would enjoy and not spam "NO" in the chat when they're called.

POSSIBLE games to be added like:

Torch Relay - Random player set on fire. He must burn other to extinguish the fire
HE Battle - Grenade Deathmatch with low gravity
Duck Hunt - CT(hunter) with nova vs T(chicken in 3rd person) with 'nades
Suicide Bomber - Ts got suicide bombs to kill all CTs
Drunken - Deathmatch under bad conditions
Knife - Knife Deathmatch with configurable gravity, iceskate, and third person
Catch & Freeze - CT must catch all T (freeze tag)
Zeus - Taser Deathmatch and gets a new Zeus on Kill

These are just suggestions and some of them may not even be possible to add in, but I'd like for everyone to think about it a bit.
What special days do you want replaced? Are the games suggested worth implementing? What's your least favorite special day?
 
Hi soupp soupp , I think all these ideas are great! Please let me know once you've written up the code for them and I will get them added to the server.
It's a bad look for leadership to act this way toward members who want to share ideas. I don't see anywhere in their post saying that tech needs to drop what they are doing and get to it. It looks like a post to get people to converse and share ideas on improving a server.
 
I think a lot of the special days are good they just need to be reworked. For infection day: make it similar to the old zombies from cs:go. Spawn everyone in armory, freeze CTs, give the T's 25 seconds to get guns and run, give CTs like a certain amount of hp, 500-1000 probably, then the infection can stay the same. If there's not a way for infection to not mess up the ratios of the next round like they currently do, then instead of infection day it should be like the old old version of zombies that wasn't infections, and just increase the ct hp to 1500-2000, and regen hp as well after a while. All though some maps had pretty broken spots for T's to camp in, i still think this was the most liked version of zombies we had on the server.

Also I think all "random TP" special days should be removed and everyone should just be spawning in armory, or in cells based on the day. The random TPs are way too scuffed right now to be enjoyable, people are constantly spawning out of the map/places that will instantly kill them. For most days like gun game, noscope, warday, etc, just spawn everyone in armory and give a grace period of 20-25 seconds before the special day starts.
 
NO SPECIAL DAYS every special day on the server now is just unbelieveably boring not one is fun, and half are broken, doesn’t matter if they get fixed I don’t see the point in a custom day where I just randomly get killed during a favoritism game and wait 10 mins cause they can. On some maps as well HNS is just as boring as well, there are spots where CTs can go and are unkillable. Not to mention the GOD awful spawns during half the custom games as well, why not just spawn in armory? Why do we have to be randomly TPed into dodge course and die then have to wait 8 mins for the special day to end.

This will be a quicker/less detailed reply as I'm a bit busy at the moment, but:

  • Torch Relay:
    • Sounds fun
    • I see a bit of an issue with it on larger maps that could result in the torched player dying before being able to pass it on to another -- speed boost could mitigate this potentially?
    • What happens when the torched player dies? Does the round end, or is another randomly selected? Is it LMS?
  • HE Battle: I like the idea, but am a bit concerned about potential server lag from the constant HE grenades spanning the entire SD
  • Duck Hunt: Seems to me like a slight modification to already existing SDs like HNS. I personally wouldn't have much interest in having another variant (I'd prefer unique days), but I'm not really against it either.
  • Suicide Bomber: I can't really see the gameplay cycle as being all too exciting with this one.
  • Drunken: Could you elaborate on bad conditions? If you mean something similar to the /drug command, that's something we intentionally don't include due to the potential for causing unsuspecting players nausea, epilepsy, or similar.
  • Knife-Knife DM: I personally really enjoy knife fights, but an entire special day with it could get old fast. Additionally, who would do the configuration? Warden? We don't really have a system in place for customizing special days, so it'd be quite a bit of work to implement.
  • Catch & Freeze: Fun idea! Quite interested in it -- what's the win condition for Ts? Run down the map timer? Any weapons? How is freezing done (by weapon, player model collision, or something else)?
  • Zeus-Taser DM: Another day I'd quite enjoy, but I'm also averse to adding too many slight variations over deathmatch

Separately:
  • Infection: We're aware that there are quite a few bugs with Infection at the moment. It's still playable, but definitely not ideal. There's a good argument for disabling it until it can be revamped or fixed, imo.
  • RTP: Having everyone spawn in armoury comes with its own set of problems, such as server lag from [attempted] gun spam, the armoury button being blocked, and so on. On the flip side, the current RTP implementation is not ideal either -- the feature supports having hulls set per-map to ensure safe spawns, but that isn't something that we (Tech) have the capacity to do at the moment. Both sides comes with their own issues, and I'm not especially partial to either.

Not an "official" response or anything, just to get a bit more conversation going to flesh things out a bit. I may look into SDs at some point, but they're not the highest of priorities, all things considered.

Please disable this day. Everytime it is played the ratio breaks the following round. And on Some maps the ct team can just be spawn camped (See Vortex)
 
P.S: this post wasnt an attack at tech LE for not doing stuff, was just suggesting ideas i think tech is doing great!
