Detailed description of the bug
I logged onto surf and I had a rank before and times on maps-- and everything is gone sadly. On the bright side I am working on taking all the records before you lot wake up

Unfortunately, it looks like the database was wiped at some point; there doesn't look to be an effective means of recovery at this time. I'm currently away and unable to look into it further, but the issue that caused the wipe appears to have been identified and we're looking to keep it from happening again.

My guess was that it had something to do with when we changed our VPN protection, that was right when it happened-- just for further info in case its relevant

Yeah, it is (not the changes, just the update being rolled out itself). We're aware of why it happened, just not much we can do retroactively unfortunately.

The issue that caused the DB wipe was resolved. Unfortunately, previous times are irrecoverable, but this should not happen again in the future. Apologies for the inconvenience.
