Wut a faker!!!

The guy is Michel Gondry, an amazing director of movies (Eternal Sunshine in a Spotless Mind), music videos ([link=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=llLWtvpPz7A]Foo Fighters - Everlong[/link]; my favorite music video ever, [link=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMpsnDxNbqQ]Daft Punk - Around the World[/link], and a couple of [link=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWe-7Cm1GHg]White[/link] [link=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWHyNnsjsJQ]Stripes[/link]' videos to name a few) and miscellaneous shorts and so on. He does very cool things, and most often uses very little special effects, or at least very low-fi effects.

The analogue, easy trick he uses in this flick is typical of his 'special effects'.

Gondry rules!!

I didn't read any posts above me, but I think the guy you're talking about just played the video of him messing up a rubix cube backwards, so that it looks like he's solving it.
Also, if you look at some of the comments of the video that proves him wrong, you see that Michael is famous for making videos, not solving cubes.

Not me. I make progress, get bored and frustrated at the same time, and toss it into a corner so my robot sweeper will sweep it up and dispose of it for me.
