You could ask me!!! And there are plenty of good tutorials on-line. Try downloading a 30 day trial of photoshop. See how that works out for you, and if you like makings sigs, then you can buy a cheaper, 'watered down' version of photoshop. I recommend downloading the cs2 trial. And if you want to buy photoshop, I recommend you buy elements 4.0, as it's very simple to use. KK. Oh, also, sig size limits are width of 540 pixels, and a height of 150 pixels.
i use gmod
Photoshop 7.0 because i have it on 3 comps, 2 of which are online same key and it doesnt care plus less clutter than the newer ones like cs2 had too many features
photoshop and paint are the way to go for no users in my opinion.
