Yes it is a Large oven paddle.
The skins I did myself (under the guise of Vex) and were removed from garrysmod.org back when they switched site layout (mid 2006 I think). Sadly, I lost all of Gmod 9 custom work when my old comp died (teached me to back up data) including some Mimes I was working on for now authorized comic creator WTFIrish on PHW.
The Gun was from facepunch, good eye biscuit!.

Well done Yoo Hoo! I had that image printed on about 200 T-Shirts for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Frat here at the Uninversity of Arizona when she came and taught Judicial structure for a semester.
