new vid card

ok guys so im sitting here at work and i was thinking, im sick of getting like 20-40 fps on DOD so im looking into getting a new graphics card, the problem is theres soooo many of them im just wondering if you guys can give me a few ideas, im looking to spend 100-150 dollars so any ideas or suggestions are welcome.

-edit- i have a pentium4 2.4 gig processor, with 728 mb of ram

so i guess i have agp?? i didnt know that, but anyway my card is a nvidia GeForce4 mx 440 and it had sli ability so if i buy a new one i think ill just sync the two
 
But you can still get a nice AGP video card to extend the life of your older system before you make the jump to PCIe. According to Toms Hardware, the best AGP video card for around $130 is the Geforce 7600GT. I was able to find this one on Newegg for a very reasonable price after a mail-in rebate:

cool thx jones, im not sure if ill be able to buy one now though ive ran into some $$$ problems as of late but well see, id love to play dod at 50-60 fps
