Haha i just typed in czar in a Google image search and got this guy, Czar Nicolas, who was the last Czar of Russia. He was the one that had his entire family murdered by the Bolsheviks.

I couldn't find any good renders or pics for that matter of DoD related stuff (I wanted to put like a Russian sniper rifle or something maybe...) so I ended up with him. lol
