anyways i have way to many bands on my ipod to list them all cuz it'd take a couple hours
 
I don't like any of the bands listed thus far in this topic. But I do have an mp3 player, I just never use it, so it's really out of date. So I'll just the bands I listen to via iTunes.

Zune for the win!

I almost won a zune in a contest at an arcade, I was one point (seriously one point) away from winning the darn thing.

However, if I had one...

Techno (Oakenfold, Daft Punk, Tiesto, VNV Nation, Transa, Alphazone, Taucher, and some other of my favourite DJs)
Classic Rock (Rush, The Who, The Police, Rolling Stones, Beatles, AC/DC, Allman Brothers, ZZ Top, Frank Zappa (oh yeah), Bob Dylan, VAN HALEN, and with some others (too many to list))
Current Music (DragonFarce, The Black Keys, Tenacious D, Dream Theater, Primus, etc.)

I'm not a huge fan of current music; Rap (EXCEPT FOR WILL SMITH!!!... jk.), Emo, Neo-Punk, Hip-Hop, J-pop/rock, and Death Metal are just plain out horrible.

I'd have to say the only bands I'd never put on an mp3 player (if I had one) would be Journey and Green Day.
