As most of you know, I am an IT guy. I have had several of you ask me questions and need things fixed. I enjoy this very much and am now offering support on a new level for all of you.
Free of charge to all e's, eG's and eGO's, I will now start offering you guys a remote desktop support application. This application will allow me to connect into your PC and see what you see. I can then go through and make changes, remove virus, run updates, INSTALL MAP PACKS CORRECTLY (LOL), bascially anything I can do while the PC is running.
The program is called Logmein.com. It is the same as GoToMyPC, but the version I use is absolutely free. If you need any type of assistance with your PC and need me to remote into your machine, go to the following link and install the software:

Once you install the software, get ahold of me and let me know the following:
* That you have installed the software.
* What your exact issue is so I know what to prepare for.
* Email this information to [email protected]
Once I fix your issue, you can simply uninstall the software so I won't have access to your PC. I am saying this for all the people who are scared of me "seeing what you do all the time". Trust me, I know what you mean. I used to run a computer business and installed this on 100's of machine and had the same issue from people. Once I am done, you uninstall the software, and thats it.
