Why would Madden and NCAA be so anticipated? Do they change much from the old one besides new players? No. So why bother paying 50 bucks a year for minor updates, I'd understand if you got a new system but still...
Halo 3? Maybe, but this will probably be the last one before people realize all the flaws in Halo.
Mercenaries 2? Never played the first so I'm not sure.

The only reason people like it is because it is an FPS for a console, it doesn't bring anything to the genre. It's a mediocre FPS at best, plus, NO BOTS?! This is the first console FPS to NOT have bots in their multi-player mode.
Remember when Halo first went onto the computer, and it sold so badly that they had a tough time deciding on whether or not to port Halo 2 to Computer. This is because every computer FPS is far superior to Halo.

I personally hate consoles. I am computer gamer 100%. But I'm broke so I can't really buy any games, so there isn't any I'm looking forward to getting =P.

wow, my question is why are you so bitter towards the game, i love halo not just for the gameplay but for the great times ive had with my friends over the years and the countless nights on xbox live fragging people with my friends in the same room.....its just an awesome experience 8)
