I think it means like when you go the website to look at the pictures you put up, you can only see yours, and not everyone elses. But if you wanted to look at what other people have put up, you can.
Yeah. Unless you want me to make it so you can see all the pics you upload... I don't know... I don't care whatever you guys want.
