[poll] Opinion of Disorientation

I enjoy this feature. There's nothing better than being disorientated and thinking that you are running through a doorway... when really, you are stuck facing a wall.

I LOVE IT! See the whole part of it is that to throw the nade you dont need to hit someone. If you get near them and it blows then you have a second to move away of attack that player. It also relates to war. If a grenade goes off your hearing is shot for a moment and yes you do get dizzy.

I really hate the disorientation. :( When I get hit by a nade and don't die, the dude rushes towards me and kills me when I'm all funky and disoriented. Also when someone on my team throws one at me, while I'm aiming at Milwaukee's head, it makes me lose focus and Milwaukee kills me. :( It should be gone IMO.

It's terribly annoying, but so is other people shooting me. I don't know how many times I've blown myself up with a rocket because of it. I'll be aiming right around a corner, a nade goes off right as I shoot, and I'm flying out of the map.

It's really useful for taking out snipers as an Axis in those field windows at Donner, though.

I enjoy the feature; it adds to the complexity and unpredictability of fast paced gameplay. What I don't like, however, is that you can still become disoriented if an explosion occurs in a separate room that you are close to. I.e., Even with a wall separating you from the explosion, you can still be dazed.

Dazing is realistic, and I like it. Dazing through walls is not realistic, and I'd like it to go away.

mmmm well it would help me kill more people...but if i get hit then im pretty much screwed...mmm

Well said 73. That's my feeling too. This is just an informal poll to see what everybody thinks of it. I'm surprised at all of the people defending it. Interesting.

Actually it's not the explosives that daze you... it's the soundwaves and shockwave. Both of which can travel through walls IRL. :)
