Anyone ever seen them in person? I saw them at Bergstrom afb here in Austin (Currently Austin-Bergstrom Intl. Airport) back in 95. It was one of the coolest things I've ever seen.

ive never seen the blue angels, but when i was in tech school every friday a couple of f-15s would fly in and put on a lil show for us, it was pretty cool to watch them mock dog fight while we were marching back to our dorm from class. And now i get to see sweet cargo planes do sweet moves, like take off and land and yeah its...um not really awesome at all lol. But every once in a while, fighters stop here to taunt the c-130s or at least thats what i think.
 
Ahhhh...The Blue Angels. Biggest waste of our taxpayer's money. Nah, I like these guys. Seeing them in person is certainly a sight to see.
 
Yea i saw them in person and they've flown over my house during many occasions when they do the jones beach and robert moses shows... i love like 30 seconds from the beach so thats why i see them....
 
I haven't seen the Blue Angels, but I saw the Snowbirds which are basically the Canadian version of the Blue Angels. It was awesome, got a bad sunburn though.

Yea they are awesome.... and i get a free show from my backyard several times a year sometimes back to back days.... and no i dont live really close to an airport i live on a beach....
 
we have an air show every november, so if anyones around little rock then, let me know, im not sure exactly what planes are coming but i heard they're a blast, although i may have to work at the show.
 
I have seen them many many times. I used to live 30 minutes from one of the main Navy Air bases in the US, so I went to every airshow there, then one at Andrews Air Force Base in D.C. (where they hold Air Force 1) every year they have had it that I've been old enough to go. It's a blast.
 
i dont see how ppl can do that without throwing up. if i sat in one of those cockpits, Id clog up my breathing tube or something lol
