Empires: Total War

For all you RTS and Total War fans, the Company SEGA and Creative Assembly just annouced today that the next installment of the Total War genre is going to be Empires: Total War, placed in the 18th Century. You will be able to command many nations, conquer most of the world (it will mainly focus on North America and Europe though), but we get to command Naval Battles! W00t!

You will be able to create huge armies very quickly as the Industrial Revolution is being incorporated.

This looks awesome! I cant wait till this comes out! I've loved every single total war game! my favorite has to be either Shogun or Rome.

Looks cool, I've never really gotten into the Total War games though. Mainly because in Medieval: Total War they had Irish and Welsh soldiers but no Scottish soldiers. (By this statement you can probably tell I'm a very proud Scotsman.)

I've only played Rome...loved that game..so this sounds interesting.

I might buy this when it comes out...or EU 3...loved EU 2.

well, i guess the only reason y we r able to actually control our ships now is becuz of the cannons and guns that the ships now have, instead of ramming into one another to sink the other ship. i just cant wait to play this game

Wow finally i been waiting for one in that time period....

now they just need to make Shogun Total War 2 and Rome Total war 2

Lol, they just had a Rome Total War, they should make a shogun then a Rome. Btw, in Medieval: Total War 2, they have Scotland as a Faction that you can play as.
