S7R1K3R Survival Guide to Highschool for Freshman (updated as of 8/29)

As a upperclassman (Junior =))

here's some advice i have to surviving high school for freshman

#1 Don't talk to Seniors or Juniors during 1st month of school (not a good idea )
#2 Dont stand out in the open (you WILL get MILKED)
#3 Don't act like a freshman (make a statement u are a freshman)
#4 Try not to get loss in your passing period (AKA, get to class and not the wrong one)
#5 Don't get any1 mad or risk getting injured.
#6 Try to hang out in a group or with upper friends (ex. Soph,Jr.,Sr.)
#7 Don't pick a fight with upperclassman, That = DEAD
#8 Hang around a huge guy who can take a punch (by Morbid)
#9 Always tick off the seniors, especially in California, they can't touch you without getting expelled. (by Morbid)
#10 my tip is be yourself, unless people don't like you, in which case, be someone else (by Corp)

i would have more advice, but thats all i can think of, i will update more advice (if i feel like it) or if any1 can suggest one, i'll add it. Till that, good luck to all freshman, btw...

That's the only advice that actually works in High School. Use it.

That's what I did.... Why fight when you can have people fight for you? Then again fighting is bad in general...

I got uber lucky. My 9th grade year we got put in a new school. Since it wasn't fully tested/had all of the stuff they only allowed 9th and 10th graders. They added the 11th the year after then the 12th. I moved after my 9th anyway and started in a new school in 10th grade. So I didn't really get any shit. High school isn't really that scary though. I've never been in a fight and I don't think i really had any enemies.

Odd... at my school, there's no teasing/bullying/hazing or anything of that nature, towards freshmen or otherwise. There are fights, but they're personal squabbles, not because of someone's year.
