Server Juggling - Orange Maps Turrning off????

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are going to be doing some server juggling in September.

We know for sure that the current Orange map server is going away on September 13th.

We want to keep the Orange map server since it is so popular! But, it just doesn't make sense to keep it financially right now. And, we have another box in the works.

We also may need to move the Kalt server to this new box.

Now, if you REALLY REALLY like the Orange Maps, we might be able to keep the Kalt server were it is and move the Kustom Kettle Orange Map Server to the new box.

But, we would need some donations to do that. So, if you want do donate cash by sending in 10 or 20 bucks like your favorite Auntie Beatrice or your Grandma Ethle does for your birthday every year, send it to:

Now, make sure you specify ORANGE SERVER on your donation so we can see if we want to keep it around. Otherwise, we are going to have to make a decision between Kalt and Orange.....and pumpkin, JohnT loves Kalt........

:O Orange Maps are fun but I will DIE if you take away Kalt from me. Thats right, removing kalt will be like pulling the trigger. Donate to get the Orange maps their own server and to keep Fry alive!!!

Folks misunderstand the current CAMP 2 server... it is NOT a server designed specifically for CAMP 2, it is designed for custom maps. The rotation on there will be changing shortly....

eh. no. i'd rather see KK be used strictly for custom maps and not orange maps. just my opinion.

the regular Kettle server will never run orange maps. that was never the purpose of the server.

however, if the orange server remains successfull, that in and of itself, may stick around

orange maps draw a much different crowd than regular custom maps, if you do every other map as an orange map, it will kill the server faster than anything you have ever seen before.

Orange maps are WAY better than Kalt is....Kalt had yesterday about 19 people when I was on..as usual...but Orange was almost full..like 28 or more...all the time that I was on...

we can't get rid of the long standing kalt for an orange server. Kalt has proved it's worth to us and has shown that is can stand on its own two feet
