Just wondering, how do you put a picture under your signature with your name and such?

You have to make one, host it on a place such as putfile or image shack then copy the html code and copy and paste that into the same place you have your current sig
Okay so, what you do is go to settings, and click on the button that looks like a tree. You should see something like this

yea but how do how is the name on it? or does the site do it for you?
For Photobucket it should show:
If you just click on "IMG Code" it will copy it to your clip board, then go to your settings and put it in. (Ctrl + V)
