Enemy Territory: Quake Wars

Hey I found a game that's still in beta version and there is a demo for it!

It's very fun! Imagine Battlefield + UT Assault Mode + Quake and you get this game!

They currently only have one level but it is still very fun!

Looks good. I remember the old Wolfenstein. Damn. That game was the best before DoD.

I thought it was going to rock, but like an idiot I hung around the community too often and got disappointed. They added in-game advertising and persistent stats/ranks. I was going to stomach that but then I tried the demo and noticed how poorly they implemented the vehicles in the game. Battlefield 2 was really a much better experience for me than this game is, and BF2142 seems very similar to ET:QW (including the built-in adware.)

IMHO you might want to pass on this title, its up to you though.

I loved the original enemy territory. I was in the beta but it was TERRIBLE. The balance was the worst I've ever seen in a team based game! I'll try the demo later. Hopefully it's better than they betas. They sucked.

I loved the beta, I played it at Quakecon with all the people there I was owning with the human sniper rifle.
