What does everyone think about DICE's new battlefield game in development. I personally am a little tired of the money that EA takes away from me with this battefield franchise. They are focusing on a strong single player and I believe they are using the crytek engine.

I haven't played any Battlefield game that was before BF 2, but from what I've seen, the multiplayer is, at best a very fun experience; at worst, glitchy, laggy, team is full of jerks, and overall not something that I would waste time and money on. The singleplayer is ok, but its not as exciting as the multiplayer.
@ Thor, I don't know if Valve is my favorite for all the games. I think Blizzard would win my vote. Franchises like Diablo, Warcraft, and Starcraft make it a very successful company. And with the heavily anticipated Starcraft 2 coming out, I think Blizzard will be one that probably will never go away.
Its alll about the socom franchise by Zipper, they are the best for mulitplayer shooter games imo. I think valve takes second and then Bungie for Halo and all of its others
Yea,i also kno about blizzard and starcraft 2,i cant belive its has its own site www.starcraft2.com if you kno about starcraft original then youll see that the graphics are nothing alike its going to be so awsome when its comes out!!(and we buy it)

Bad Comapny *looks" good. But I've never been a fan of battlefield games since BF1942, which is the ONLY good BF game IMO. I generally don't like console shooters just because they have to dumb them down for controllers instead of keyboard and mouse. The PC battlefield games all sucked after 1942. I'll stick with DoD, Crysis, and CoD4

bf1942 and dc mod were the best
bf2 is online mostly , tho having 128 bots its just well 5 fps lol
bf2142 just a game with ads like NFS but not blended in as cool from what i can tell

Ea got some good games like sim city or fifa

Blizzard would have to be my second favourite, I was in so many clans in Warcraft 3 but I never got good at starcraft. Can't wait to play the second one though!

i haven't found a problem with EA...
