He had the public vote on what to do with it since he bought it. The three options were to give it to the hall of fame as is, Brand it with an asterisk, or brand it and then send it into space. They voted to send it to the Hall of Fame with an asterisk branded on it. Lol, so now it will forever be known that he cheated!

The asterisk stands for the steroid clouded mystery of barry bonds 756 homer. Since he was accused of using steroids they're not sure if the home run counts, but it did, but Mark Ecko didnt think so. He bought the ball for 750,000$ and some change...

And put up the site, Barry Bonds responded calling him stupid. Mark ecko is sending barry bonds a shirt that says "I spent 750,000 on a Ball and all I got was this "stupid" t shirt." >_>;
