strand server help

pretty much i can see and join all the servers except the strand server... how do i fix it. the guy that answered my question in the steam support didnt help at all. im connecting through this ip and i checked several times to look for an error: 72.232.183.115:27015

So... what kind of an error are you getting when you try to connect?

its not really an error message, you know how you add an ip to your favorites list, and the ip is wrong, it will post the ip and say it has a latancy of 2000 and when you click on it a window pops up that usually says the players and the map etc. and says server not responding, thats pretty much what happens

i did the steam connection test and i didnt find any problems
