For Those Buying Retail Edition of Orange Box But afraid of EA's DRM

I bought my retail edition of Orange Box for the sole reason that i like to buy something tangible and it cost the same as the seam version. When it came i was dismayed to notice it was being published in conjunction with EA. Well they have a bad track record of install harmful DRM and tracking software on computer so i was like screw that.

Inside is the paper with your serial.

TO make this too long story come to an end open steam got to Activate a product on steam, and input that code. It will activate all of your orange box and you can choose which games to DL without having to worry about EA's DRM.

When I saw EA was connected with the orange box, i was like "great, DRM. Time to D/L off steam"

I read somewhere that there was a Orange and Black boxes.
The black box contained only the 3 new games inside.
