If I already have skins downloaded and I want new ones, what do I do?

I already have downloaded skins, but I want to replace them. I'm just wondering if I have to go and delete all the files of the old/previously downloaded skins or anything like that before the new ones will work.

Delete it.Then Replace it with a new one.

 

[ARMED]

Just install the skin. It should ask you if you want to overwrite files. Just click yes.
