Just My thought.
I think everyone needs to understand, that just because there is no eG or eGO on, the e's do require the same respect.
They may not have Admin powers, but they are in charge, and can report problems they may have, to an eG or eGO, and the results could be the same, or worse, just want you all to know that. Just My thoughts.

this should probably be moved into another part of the forums (eG/eGO) private...
your writing is kinda hard to make out but yes they do need a little respect but when an eG or eGO is in the server the e's never need to question his admining or go into the forums and report him for something...
 
The people should not fear their admins... the admins should fear their people.


We must answer to our people for anything they find questionable. Any time you have a problem with an eG or eGO, report it and let the council handle it.

I always respect the e's in the server that I'm currently in.

i agree completly...most of the e's i've met i've ended up liking anyway and they always let me know if somethings going on, on their side (if i'm the only admin in server)
 
To be honest, the =(e)= tag means nothing to me. I come on and I'm playing with friends equal to me. Just because they are a rank lower, doesnt mean that we should treat them like little children. We should respect them for who THEY are. NOT what their tag is.
 
i'm not sure what this pertains to.. nor do i care, but i agree for the most part. I'm 22, and I've seen e's get promoted to eG and to eGO in front of my eyes as I remain a recruit (like eGO Mann, much love), and he is 20.. I never thought less of him cuz of his age, and if anything i think more of him now cuz of his rank. clearly he did something right when we joined same time and now he is admin (though a loser cuz he is FA, lol jk). But all players, eGO or not deserve the same respect.. i don't even know what the point of this post is.. if you're complaining/reporting a specific incident you should site it.. cuz it sounds like no admin was around and you got dissed by another e or something. I'm not sure.. but I respect all members and players on eGO servers.. except Ryu Tek-something cuz he owns me with sniper. Eureka crosshairs too. lol u bazooka hurling jockey

Just a few days ago I was an e and no one ever treated me as if I was inferior or worse off just because I wasnt an admin (except for some players who like to go "oh you just an e!") But in general there was nothing but love and support from the eG/eGOs and I will be following their example.

Since I cant speak for all the admins I will speak for myself. All e's are welcome to PM me about any doubts or concerns they might have about their eGO lives, either ingame; if some player is disrespecting you, or just cause you get lost on forums (cause well...I still get lost on here too. ;) )
