Hello. its Lotus Blade here. im here to talk about mics. almost everyone i know has a mic. now, what the main topic here is what to do and not do.

1) dont scream or burp into the mic. its just un professional and gross.
2) if someone is young and has a mic, dont tell him to stop talking or something of that sort. he has the right to talk. even if he is young.
3) dont comment stuff on the mic you wouldnt do when you typed it.
4) please, dont harass people who are using the mic. its cruel and just not worth it.

thats all i got to say. so cya in the game!

yes, all of the above is true, please be respectful to all players no matter age or voice.
we all have flaws we aren't proud about so don't point things like that out
thanks, ruthless ;)

this is a matter all eGOs should read. ive seen WAY too much of this going on.

I would add....Try not to talk over other people. Everyone on mic should be patient and wait for their to turn to talk.

In all honesty, it's a bit disappointing that this has to be pointed out. These things should be common knowledge and common sense to users who actually appreciate what this group is trying to achieve. While most of the group has been fairly decent, I've seen a few get out of hand, and I've only been here for a couple of days.

From what I've seen, Edge members are to follow a higher standard than the rest. It makes the group stand out above the others and provides a generally better gaming environment for the players. When a member of the group (of any rank) acts in an inappropriate manner regardless of the server, it tarnishes the public's view of Edge in general.

When you accepted the tag, you accepted the responsibility of conveying a mature image to the general population and your fellow Edge members. I understand that nobody is perfect, and even the best of us screw up once in awhile, but it's necessary to remember (at all times) that you are representing an entire group of people, not just yourself, by wearing this tag. Before you say anything, take a second to think of what kind of image your comment or behavior will present to the people around you.

I haven't been here that long at all, so I may be off on a few things. I feel that the gist of my point is valid regardless.
