they do offer training course every so often for you to get admin rights, so for right now they are looking to get to know you and see what you have to offer and how you handle situations that come up. So play and enjoy yourself and the rewards will come.

e's help alot, they can actually help more than an admin sometimes, and that is what leadership is looking for so they know that you are ready to move to the next rank :].

If you do all these things, eventually you'll get promoted, and eventually get the opportunity to become an event coordinator.
Once you get your G, try and get involved in Admin Recruiters.

The "e" training program of which you speak is becoming an eG and "passing" it to become an eGO.
We then have eGO Leadership programs where eGO's have who have the potential to become leaders or would like to improve their ability to lead are selected to develop and their leadership skills.
The various programs may, from time to time, select outstanding eG's who have demonstrated leadership abilities and the potential for even more.
