Level up 1 of 3 classes (or 2 of 3, or all 3, whatever) in a cartoony, not-quite-serious WWII themed shooter pitting Royals (British Allies) against the Nationals (Nazis). Level up and gain abilities, access to new clothing to customize your character, etc.

Incredibly fun. Free to download and play, and you can (optionally) buy certain items with real money. Nothing that actually affects gameplay (such as weapon selection, healing and repair kits, etc.) requires real money. Just aesthetic stuff like clothes, and little widgets like "150% XP for a month" and such.

Love the game, currently levelling a Commando (Sneaky Spy/Sniper anti-infantry kind of dude) on Royals (Allies). Just hit level 13 out of the cap of level 30, going to bed for now.

If you like it, friend me! Account name is, you guessed it, s3rv0, or go by the hero name s3rv0 as well if that doesn't work.

I was in the beta, I have something, I forgot, it doesn't work on chrome so I haven't played lately. It's a really fun game though...

Hate how the guns feel like they dont do anything. Plus paying for stuff ftl. Played in beta, stopped and got bored.

TPS.

Third person shooter, not really a mmo...

Cuz there is servers..

There is RPG elements though, levels skills etc.

Unless your using MMO and "RPG" interchanging which you need to stop :P. Everyone is calling RPGS "MMOS" now, dont understand it since MMO stands for massive multiplayer online. Most MMOs are MMORPGS though.

I could never get into it in Beta because it was the second-most imbalanced game I had ever played.

Following after Lord of the Rings Conquest.

The demolitions guy was abhorrently worthless to play as, the gunner (or whatever it was) was okay, but there was no point to playing one since I always beat shotgunners in close-quarters combat as a commando simply noscoping them. The sniper rifle was way too powerful as a gun on its own and then you get stealth and the knife and the detpaks.

I wasn't asking if there were RPG elements. I understood that. But thanks for answering my question. I just wanted to know if there were separate servers or just one huge place (MMO).

Yeah I use Chrome, too. I have IE installed yet, so I just set my homepage to bfh's site, and just use IE for that.

Balance isn't 100% yet, but it's a lot better than that. A LOT. A good player of any class can beat a good player of any other. It's mostly about technique, but having the levels/abilities to back it up never ever hurts. Noscoping isn't really possible anymore as commando, I've tried and never hit anything. A buddy of mine explained that it got nerfed a while back.

Every class has its thing:

Gunner - Anti-vehicle, high HP class good for staying alive and taking fire, close-range combat.
Soldier - All-around guy, not much for anti-vehicle but great against infantry at all ranges, even long. IMO that part (long range DPS) needs to be nerfed a bit, as it should be the sole territory of...
Commando - Long range DPS (Sniper rifles), good against light vehicles if spec'ed right. Can also be played as a TF2 spy with a pistol, knife, and troop traps (proximity explosives) to annoy/harass, capture points, and take out other commandos and low-hp or alone soldiers and gunners.

boring and sucks having to pay real money for better weapons

but free is always better than nothing

I don't know about you guys, I never have problems finding servers. Are you playing during weird times or possibly having network issues?

Also, the games are capped at 8v8, so don't expect the 32 man mayhem we get on TF2 servers or such.

So my problem is, i've got the game dl and it starts up fine. I played the tutorial stage and then i go to try out an actual game and I can never connect... It's given me multiple reasons but they always happen in the same order.

Ive played in the beta a few months ago, but now I get error 15 no matter when I try to play. I went through every post on a 37 page thread and tried all the solutions with nothing working D:

They're actually releasing a patch in the coming days (it's currently on their PTE) to resolve the problems of users with chronic error 15's. I had them and one forum post showed me how to fix it, it's been great ever since.

Like most games of this type. I can maybe get a good half hour to an hour wroth of enjoyment before it gets dull.

That's exactly what happens to me when I play it.
It's so much casual that it becomes boring really fast.
I love the new trailer though.
