Overclocking

i just overclocked my cpu to 3.185GHz from 2.8GHz on stock air.
any one else agree?

yes i agree........i think i got like 3.0 ghz on my Q6600 with stock......now im running like 3.65ghz on my Q6600 with an OCZ vendetta 2. I can run 3.8 ghz but i dont like the voltages or the temps much. I can run 3.7ghz and a bit more on 24/7 but theres no point, not much of a performance boost going past 3.65ghz unless u get to like 3.8/9 or 4.0

It is fun though, but you need to be careful about what your doing.

I NEED HELP WITH MYNS! i can only overclock myn from 2.8ghz up to 3ghz or just about 3.1ghz any higher and my pc locks up and i have to reset it. everything is on manual and i only overclock the voltage a little and use the clock multiplyer. i have an amd x2 7850 black edition. can you guys help me what to do so i can get it a lil higher or tell me why it locks up?
