i feel sorry for u too, my old laptop had the x200 too i used to play all games at lowest settings and get 10-20 fps =(, the upgrade really was worth it

We are going to need a budget / what you use your computer for / how "futureproof" do you want your system / before people start recommending products.

A big bone of mine to pick is people recommending SLI/Crossfire motherboards when they are clearly not needed in the majority of cases. Also 750 watt PSUs? (corsair is a good company, thumbs up on that). That system can easily be driven on a well built 450 Watt power supply or 550 Watt if you want a little insurance for the future.

But I digress...What are you looking for in a computer?
