When are promotions announced?

I presume promotions are announced every month, but is there any fixed date?

They aren't really even announced every month. They come and go, no point in waiting around for the 3rd Tuesday of each month .

no i dont think there is a specific date of any promotions, But they usually come out the end or begining of the month.

Promotions are announced when they are announced!! and at the discretion of our leadership.

If you are looking for the front page news. That happens when enough people get promoted for each rank. There isnt set dates that leadership posts promotions.
