An MMORPG that was just recently released to the United States a few weeks ago was the game, AION. It is a really great game that will make you say "WoW has got nothing on this."
Starting off with the classes, you can begin as a warrior, mage, priest or scout. When speaking of the character customization, you can make your character to your likeness and have the hairstyles of those of Wolverine and Barack Obama (oh yes, ive checked). When you reach the level of 10, you can choose your main class or job. If you are a Warrior, you are either a Templar (pure tank) or Gladiator (melee/DPS). If you are a mage you are either a sorcerer (pure DPS) or spiritmaster (Pet class/DPS). If you are a priest, you are either a cleric (pure healer) or Chanter (melee/buff/heal, pretty much the only hybrid class out there, like the shaman from WoW). And lastly, if you are a scout, you are either a ranger (long-ranged DPS) or Assassin (somewhat of a tank).
When it comes to the gameplay, I will say, it is absolutely amazing. The quests are very unique (just like in every MMORPG), they also have campaign quests that give you double or triple the amount of Exp, but are definitely quite the challenge. The fighting in this game is also great. I am a chanter, so i mostly use a bo-staff, all of the fighting styles is great and is just too much for words. Now as for the graphics, at first, they are jaw-dropping and intense. They give you a real-world experience when in the game, whether your crafting, fighting, or just simply screwing around.
This is my aspect of the Korea's MMORPG, AION. I hoped you enjoy reading my review. :glare:
