well i can tell you one of the things i notice different from the demo is the 1st quest. in the full version you get to kill big monsters a lot more, and the guy your suppose to find i got to be allies with. now i also enjoy the random generated maps. i mean sure the basics looks the same but your never going the same pathway. its pretty cool having a pet around that u can teach spells and some equipment, he also sells your junk for you while your at the dungeon. The gameplay is simple and relaxing if you enjoy bashing stuff, hack/slash. you pick it up easily but do pay attention to the hints it gives because i regret not knowing what to do on some stuff. i dont know if you has any other questions tell me. I only had 4 hours gameplay - played only The Warrior guy/beserker. hehe i dont remember name

Played the demo, it's a great game, to bad it doesn't have a multi-player

Yeah. It'd be pretty hard to do, since the engine the game is built on is completely moddable, someone would probably show up with level 999 character and oneshot everyone PVP-wise thinking.

Yeah but then you could make, it so, you couldn't mod it, in the multiplayer version.

The reason why Runic didn't put multiplayer in is because the SP game is merely an experiment. They completed it in eleven months as a test run before they bring out the Torchlight MMO, f2p game that will function as a multiplayer version.

However, there is a mod project that is in the works to bring multiplayer to the current SP game and the guy has already posted screenies of his early work. I'll cross my fingers and hope he succeeds but I'm not expecting it.

Game is brilliant for 20$ tho, bravo Runic. The Torchlight community is what will give this game its value!
