unbinding 0 key

A while back I bound something to my 0 key. I later unbound it. However, since that time, whenever a menu comes up that you close by hitting 0 it wont happen. For example, when I open admin I can not close it with 0 and it stays open; same thing with vote menus. Any suggestions on how to correct this, hopefully short of deleting my cfg file?
