My research on my secret weapon began when I (owner of War Axes for Tots) became upset with failures of the monkeybits research team. I had to move on. TF2 ultimate weapon would never happen. So i decided to invest all of the money in L4D2... My my my YOU ALL WILL DIE FEAR ME FEAR ME

Sure its a glitch?

Looks like the bomb slid to the back wall which you were next to.
 
that was on normal mode so the pip won't kill me, nor was I black and white which would be the only way to die to a pipe. If you listen carefully you'll hear Ellis scream as if he is falling to his death.

I have 5 demos. It isn't hard to do. I'll make more movies if you don't believe me.

You have to jump then crouch into that corner for all your dreams to come true. Believe me I just got the winning lotto ticket. :D
If your team is rolling the other in versus it is a great chuckle / wtf moment.
I want to do this with a tank / see if he dies. If he takes fall damage I'm pretty sure he will die.

I'm guessing that jumping into that corner makes it think you are falling to your death so you simply end up dying. Nice find!
 
It looks like a clipping error where the game thinks you've been crushed by some of the map.
 
Ok I tested both the fall damage theory and crushing theory. I believe you are taking fall damage. I used a hunter to go in that spot and got the same clipping error. He though did not die after hitting the ground. My screan shook and there was a thump like when you try a high pounce. Now time to see if you can get a 25 point pounce from that spot.
 
I was playing Vs. and died picking up ammo in Dark Carnival. Everyone had a good laugh over that one. Except for me, of course.
