he means the render(s) you chose. Most of the renders I have used are around 1200x1000 or above. for example, the one I'm using in my current sig is 1271x1080.
and a good place to get renders from is
planetrenders.net

I would suggest looking up tutorials, it's very hard for me to explain it here.
If i come across any tutorials i'll be sure to send them to you if you want.
