2. Demo recording of said domination.
3. Must occur during a full moon.
4. Must take place on February 29th (the next February 29th is in 2012)
5. Scrappy must be pulling a RESPAWN (aka no clipping around the map)
6. The U.S. Congress must be in session.
7. Must be done with your feet. Host video of you completeing this task on an appropriate site like youtube.
8. Also, must be done blindfolded.
