Hm, a shade of green would probably be readable, or you could change the background to something more consistently light colored (another area on the map or another map) so that the black text isn't lost in some of the shadows

Oh heres mine guys! I spent a hours working on this i hope it pays off. Valve is taking forever announcing the winners!

Btw, the images are tiny because photobucket resized them. They also wont look as good with all the detail as the full sized ones (they are huge!).
