the movie is garbage. There is absolutely no way of telling A) the difficulty of his shots B) the manner in which he makes them and C) the frequency with which he performs so well.
He NEVER shows a shot at regular game speed, he doesn't give any context surrounding the shot (there is no build-up or aftermath displayed) and the streaks are so modified and edited that the viewer can't honestly tell what's going on. I felt like I just watched 7 minutes of triggered aimbot and wall-hacks with how much they sped-up game footage and spun camera angles. Just show me stock footage is what I say.

I'm with ron on this, some of those shots were a little too good, but like he said, you can't tell at all because the footage is edited sooooo much.

What are you trying to say? As if to say none in our division recognize talent? As if to say the crew we have here are simple laymen that have never seen true skill? Being that you're new you probably don't know many of eGO's top tier DoDs players but I'd put a couple of them up against this guy for at the very least 1 kill in every 2 or 3 attempts.
We're not saying he hacks, we're just saying the video looks like it was edited by a paranoid schizophrenic experiencing moderate hallucinations and nobody can tell what's going on in any of the clips. I've played a lot of dods, I'm a little talented, and I've seen a couple videos of players I thought were good... I can't follow half the stuff going on here. A "well edited" video would be one where the viewer can tell what's going on in half the clips and the expectation isn't to dazzle said viewer with cheap parlor editing tricks.
A good video is one where the viewer can relate to a similar situation as the person in that video, however in that situation the viewer should be awed by what the player in the video was able to accomplish because it exceeds the ability that the viewer would display in the same situation. What conclusions am I supposed to draw from a video that's been 2x sped up? Maybe a couple frames were removed to make his shots look snappier? If I were the best player in the world, why wouldn't I just make a simple movie showing where I am, where I'm moving, the real-time shots I make with real-time reactions so people can go "wow, he is much faster/better/more coordinated than I."
I'm sensing a lock coming on.. at least I'll get the last word yessssss
Just curious if you know what clan or group he belongs to. Just my own personal wondering.

the team is definitely legit, LAN and all that, apparently this guy was, at one point, ranked top of 3 classes: rifle, support, and sniper. He was paired on a team with the #1 rifleman in all the game. I don't know who makes those determinations but if the dods community goes with it then he must be pretty stellar. All European. Shocker

We're not giving Nuker negative feedback here. Its just the video which you use as proof he is "the best or at least one of the best of all time" is soo highly edited that you cant tell his skill level. We are attacking the proof. As Ron has said we have several really good players here.
There is 2 types of skill. Skill used in scrims and skill against pubs. There is a difference. A puber moves unexpectingly and in random ways and places making it harder to hit sometimes. As for scrims it much more mathatical movement.
As Nuker is a great player. The video is poor proof. That is all we are saying here.

some of the shots he takes makes it look like he is simply tracing through boxes following players or shooting through doors without seeing the person first...this is the fault of the editing, he most probably had some sort of previous context in which he discovered the existence of an enemy behind said objects, whether it be visual or audio clues (the infamous "ugh!" from nade damage...best friend when entering kalt wheelhouse)

ok guys, take it easy lol...would it have been better if I had changed the thread name to something else? And not have everyone disagree with my opinion. You can lock the thread if want if this is the kinda feedback im getting here. Ronpaul, you say "What are you trying to say? As if to say none in our division recognize talent?" This is not what im trying to say what so ever...i simply mean that eGO's history with hackers and shots like his arnt going to seem legit, obviously...and this has already been pointed out by members. That is all...too much thread bashin here so this should be locked.

I didn't know we had a history with hackers and "shots like his". We have two guys designated to review and ban suspected hackers, Spray and Duality, and I don't think either of them would have convicted this guy because they're good at what they do. Our only problem, again, was with the editing of the movie which clearly threw off a couple of our members and, to be fair, several other people on worldwide forums when they first saw it as well (I checked).
Maybe he is the best player in the world, and maybe I'm attention deficit and I simply can't follow what's happening in that video, but I thought it was in poor taste, didn't showcase his skills or frame them in the best light, and I'm sure you should have expected a little criticism when you posted it; it's the nature of the internet :crying:
